What this page is
This is an information and inquiry page for residential heating, cooling and hot water services in Metro Vancouver, including furnace, boiler, heat pump, air conditioning and water heater repair and maintenance. Submitting the form or calling us starts a conversation, it is a request, not a booking, and it does not create a contract for work.
Pricing and quotes
We deliberately do not publish repair prices on this page, because the correct price depends on what is actually wrong with your system. Any price we give you by phone, email or message is based on the information you provide at that time.
If what we find on site differs materially from what was described, we will explain the difference and get your agreement before doing further work. Nothing changes without your say-so.
Service area
We serve the Metro Vancouver municipalities listed on this site. Availability depends on scheduling and, in peak season, on demand. We cannot guarantee a specific response time through this page.
Warranty
Repairs carry the warranty stated at the time of the work. Warranty terms cover the work we performed and do not extend to unrelated pre-existing faults, or to damage caused by misuse, neglect or third-party work.
Accuracy of information
We keep this page as accurate as we can, but general guidance here, such as which faults are typically repairable, is informational and is not a diagnosis of your particular system.

What you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please give us accurate contact details, or we cannot call you back.
